It’s a Wildlife

Dear Friends,
I feel disconnected without my Reader page. I’m hoping the little ‘blugs’ from the blogtox will soon be ironed out. I’ve grown very attached to you guys, more than I’m willing to admit. 🙂

In the meantime, I’d like to present a snow leopard. This feline hangs in my studio tucked in a corner. He’s not one of my favorite pieces. I suppose that’s why he’s hidden most of the time behind my open studio door. The door closes only when I’m giving an art lesson or my family is being boisterous. We can be a rowdy bunch – after all – it’s a wild life!

Thank you. May you dream of beautiful big cats prancing among the stars…
Snow leopard created in 2008 most likely on a warm day.

  1. Oh, it’s so nice to once again find your wonderful posts back in my email every morning! As I’ve said before, the redesign is lovely. And so too this leopard — I think it’s great! Hope you and yours have a fun-filled day (mine is starting early as I’m hoping to see the blood red moon … so far in the Midwest, kind of a dud). 🙂

    • Oh Debra,
I’m getting so frustrated – I’m such a tech banana – and I’m probably making my blog lady crazy. And she has her own life and kiddies to tend to… I guess, in the end, I don’t like change at least on my computer screen – ’cause I have no sixth tech sense…yikes!
But, i thank you for your kind words as always –
And you have a lovely day with all your critters and hubby too of course 🙂

  2. Love the green in his eyes! Art is so important, I’ll have to share some of my children’s artwork on my blog one day. It makes me so happy to see them work over a piece. I subscribed to your blog for that reason, too. Keep up the good work!

    • Ah, thank you Shanda,
Very kind of you to say. Art is quite wonderful in all forms. I believe everyone has talent within – if they’re willing to express.
      Thank you very much.

    • John,
Bluehost is hosting the site. I wanted more functionality and could get a bit more going in the back door so to speak. I’m not quite sure I understand it all just yet. As long as the blog is up and running. I’m still trying to get used to a few things.
But I appreciate your kind words and I hope you are doing well too 🙂
      AnnMarie 🙂
