Hey AnnMarie my beloved dear friend I went through a rough patch. I ran into an ex friend Will who’s girlfriend was cruel to me when she said the priest laughed and said my cat that just passed doesn’t go to heaven my sister’s priest said they did you know rainbow bridge. Will didn’t back me so I stopped talking to him but I took the high road no grudges. No snubbing. Then Aimey texted me saying she said had people hacking into their accounts stealing her pictures, her husband’s pictures and kid’s pictures. I posted a fb memory of 2 years ago she asked I don’t post anymore pictures of her family I went back 3 years on my fb timeline deleting any pictures I only found a couple but I told Aimey I did that to protect her family. I said I was sorry but told me no need to apologize she was just dealing with sick messed up people. I recovered from those two situations. I handled both situations well. I’m working on a new horror book. It’s going great perfect for Halloween keeps me busy along with watched Jerry Lawler dvfd set he beat all the great wrestlers before they were stars no one could beat him in the city of memphis he was in a little territory that owned pretty good wrestler. They went down on the insulin to my numbers started going up but we got them down by going back to reg insulin dose. ttys

Ah, Dan you do have your ups and downs. You manage each and every mountain as long as I’ve known you here. Your health is first – without it – you can’t help others – you can’t create in the world. SO keep taking good care of yourself as you do – and your true friends will always be with you through the ups but especially the downs
