Hey AnnMarie I’ve been through a lot nearly died 3 weeks ago. This past weekend my sister Jane who had covid sent home in pain lousy hospital made her wait 30 minutes to use the bathroom sent us out of the er with no ride home terrible hospital the next day jane had 3 falls once in her room once in front of me when her shirt was stuck in her bedroom door ripped it out fell hard fast first then she fell downstairs she was dead weight so i had to lie her down my dad came home called the ambulance father followed her to the bad hospital they transferred her to a top hospital because she had a hole in her intestine that needed immediate surgery or she would die she had a neck fracture might have become paralyzed but when we visited they made jane take a exam and said she just needed to wear a neck brace for 3 months the stomach surgery went well they looked at it again to make sure they got everything that needed to be operated on and closed her stomach jane can barely talk so she writes on a piece of paper to communicate with us. but a miracle she doesn’t need neck surgery having an eating disorder and weighing 80pds didn’t help her cause of being strong but its a difficult illness
dan – my humble apologies – i’ve been offline for quite a while – quietly sculpting –
gosh, i’m so very sorry for all you’ve been through – you are resilient my friend – regardless of the circumstances – you persevere and continue while managing to somehow stay positive – i wish better health to you and your loved ones – you’re lucky to have people in your life who care deeply – and that is your strength – stay strong, stay creative – everyday the sky is above us and the birds are singing is a better day than the previous – all the best – hang in there
