Sup AnnMarie I had to go inpatient again for a week to lower a dose of med that was making me very depressed. since lowered i got up at 6 and 7am in the morning and was able to have a routine, take care of myself and write. they took away a med that might make me manic. they gave me a med to help stop the tremors in my hands. been a rough year AnnMarie as long as I have you in my life it will be a good life. i feel so much better now. but still a little shaken up by the hospitalization. ttys
