  1. Beautiful work AnnMarie. I have done a great job on my diet. Believe me the last thing you want to do is have high blood sugar on top of how you feel when in recovery. I have been following my ways to cope the therapist typed up for me. I went to my Depression support group it was good but I was pretty tired I go to bed real early to get up real early to have a routine and help make sure I am not reverting back to staying in bed all day. I still feel far from recovery but this is just my first week out of the hospital. I am going to try to do my best to enjoy myself as I heal and recover. It’s a vulnerable time for me I can’t watch horror movies or drama movies or anything heavy. I stick to football and wrestling and light hearted stuff. Writing is my biggest source of coping and dealing with stress so I will try to write a journal or comment on my past work. I also hope I will feel up to walking soon I love going on my morning long walk for coffee. Right now I am too tired and wiped out. As they say it will pass in time. I’ve been through other relapses and it took months to get back to myself. It’s no fun being on the sidelines but it’s most important to take care of yourself. Hope your week has gone well so far and keep creating my beautiful friend.
