    • I was one of those kids who only drew inked pictures on myself. I never defaced public property. 🙂 Through high school, my hands were usually covered with doodles. In my 20’s, I used to polish my nails black and paint little creatures on them. Today, I remain tattoo-free. This seems to surprise many of my friends. My token response has become “My tattoos are on my brain”
Though, I have designed a number of tattoos for other people 🙂
      How’s that for a short response 😉
      Yippy, it’s Friday!

  1. Dang, missy! Whatever food or drink (coffee) you’re imbibing, give me some of that! I love the artwork and the poetry (especially that line “Buck fifty headline — RAMPAGE”! so terrific!). You know, you bring up salient points about monsters, about what a “monster” is, can be, and how we respond to those real and imagined. Really, this is provocative and mysterious. Have a Happy Friday, my friend. 🙂

    • Hi Deb,
      Thank you.
When i was looking through photos the other day, I came across this one of Caroline and the monster doodle was hanging in my sub bag begging to be used – I put these pics on my studio desk – and they kind of came together for this.
      Yay, it’s Friday!!!!!
Hope you’re feeling nearly perfect 🙂

      • Thanks, AM, I do feel me much better. (Yes, I meant to write that — I’m also feeling a bit goofy today.) Hey, I hope your Aunt Nina is holding steady, and I wish you and your folks a good visit with her. I hope you guys don’t get that Spring snow storm that’s supposed to hit the east coast. Well, I’m writin’ as much as I can today. Got 3-4 fish to fry! 🙂

  2. I can see that your delicate daughter started out pretty and has stayed that way. Tonight I am grateful that my children are safe in their beds, and pray that mothers and fathers all over the world are able to provide safety for their precious children. – Fawn

    • Thank you, Fawn. The lovely thing about my daughter is that she’s pretty inside and out. She’s growing into a beautiful person and that is gorgeous to me. 🙂
Yes, pray we do for all the children. I see some kids when I’m subbing – I know their lives are hard…
      Your family is blessed.
You have a fantastic weekend, my friend.
      AM 🙂
